Job Description

Do you love music, pop culture, and entertainment and want to take your first step into communications and PR? Do you have a relevant background and education in marketing, comms, project management, or a similar field? Are you fluent in English, both oral and written?

Deezer is looking for a full-term intern to support the external communications team at its headquarters in Paris, France. The role will focus on supporting global communications activities, including press and media relations.

What you will do:

• Assist and collaborate with the global communications team in their ambition to increase share of voice across earned media

• Participate in the development and execution of PR plans for Deezer’s various projects such as product news, campaigns, events and many more

• Support the team with regular research on the streaming industry and pop culture to support the development of creative communications activities

• Assist the team on day-to-day operations such as preparation of press materials (e.g.drafting press releases), communication with agencies and internal stakeholders and regular PR reportings

• Participate in meetings and projects together with Deezer’s UK and US based PR agency.

6 months internship, based in Paris mandatory

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Strong desire to learn and a professional drive

• Passion for communication and storytelling

• Strong organisational skills

• Proficiency MS Office and Google Workspace
